As our Business Operational Manager you will act as the Managing Director’s proxy to solve complex business challenges, implement scalable solutions, align teams, streamline operations, and deliver data-driven growth recommendations.You’re a Great Fit if You:
- A natural problem solver with 5+ years in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- You have a track record of solving high-stakes operational challenges across teams or business units.
- Strong communicator and leader—you can mediate conflicts and rally teams toward common goals.
- Agile and results-driven—you get things DONE, even in fast-moving, multi-business environments.
- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree required
Work Schedule:

- Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
- Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
