What You Will Do:
We're looking for a candidate who can respond quickly to client inquiries and complaints via chatrooms and social media. You'll also need to be able to build strong relationships with clients through personal messages and phone calls. You'll also need to be able to provide solutions to any issues they encounter.You’re a Great Fit if You:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Minimum Diploma/equivalent
- A strong command of Microsoft Office is essential
- Fast response, eager to develop, polite, and highly loyal
- You are comfortable with shifts and willing to work overtime
- Since you will be working from home for certain shifts, you are also required to have your own personal device
- Able to communicate effectively and behave well, politely, and ethically with clients
Work Schedule:
Shift
- Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00 WIB
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 23:00 WIB
- Shift 3: 22:00 – 07:00 WIB
Client Care follows a 6-days-on, 2-days-off rotation schedule
