What You Will Do:

Maintaining the executive's work rhythm, ensuring decisions are fully executed, and preventing important matters from being overlooked. Supporting executives by recording and following up on meeting minutes, filtering requests, managing project administration and monitoring, compiling decision summaries, and ensuring each task is followed up to completion.

You’re a Great Fit if You:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant at management level
  2. Accustomed to working with executives/owners/BODs
  3. Able to think structured and independently
  4. Very neat in record-keeping, follow-up, and managing priorities
  5. Firm, clear, and polite communication
  6. Not easily panicked when many things are happening simultaneously

Work Schedule:

Shift

  • Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
  • Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
