We are looking for a Head of HR who is able to manage HR operations holistically by attracting top talent, setting KPIs, and maintaining company culture, while proactively identifying team issues, partnering with C-level leaders to transform business vision into actionable HR strategies, objectively balancing company and employee interests, and leveraging data-driven tools for fast and accurate decision-making.
