What You Will Do:
We are looking for a candidate who will play an important role in supporting the company’s operations, especially in ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and backup support across teams. The main responsibilities include installation and maintenance of internet and telephone lines, as well as handling both hardware and software setup and troubleshooting. This role is crucial in keeping the company’s systems running efficiently and being able to provide support.

- A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Have knowledge of basic networking systems
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Good problem-solving ability, firm and clear in execution

- Tuesday - Friday: 8.00 - 17.00 WIB

You will also be responsible for recording and summarizing data, as well as handling various administrative duties. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining both client and internal team satisfaction.

- A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in both spoken and written Indonesian and English
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable with multitasking, working overtime, and meeting deadlines
