We are looking for someone who can drive employee growth through Learning & Development, training, coaching, mentoring, career, and talent development programs. This role also focuses on employee engagement, performance improvement, workplace culture, and building strong communication with employees while collaborating with HR and other departments.You’re a Great Fit if You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
- Good understanding of training, employee development, performance management, competency development, and employee engagement.
- Strong planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation skills for development programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with employees and serve as a trusted, people-oriented partner.
- Proactive, structured, collaborative, and demonstrates strong ownership.
- Growth mindset with the ability to understand and address various employee needs and concerns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Results-oriented and passionate about supporting employee growth, potential, and well-being.
Work Schedule:
Shift
- Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
- Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
