What You Will Do:

Oversee the team's work systems and performance, monitor output and create progress reports, bridge communication with management, uphold a professional work culture, and ensure every member understands the system, timeline, and deliverables from the start.

You’re a Great Fit if You:

  1. Educational background: Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  2. 3–6 years of experience in HR Performance, People Operations, or Project Coordination (preferably from a fast-paced environment such as a startup, agency, or finance).
  3. Experience creating performance appraisal systems, KPI dashboards, and team performance reports.
  4. Assertive, communicative, with a strong sense of fairness, and able to mediate situations between team members.
  5. Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  6. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with tools such as Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.

Work Schedule:

Shift

  • Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
  • Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
