What You Will Do:

We are looking for an organized and proactive candidate to support the daily activities of an executive. Your main responsibilities will include scheduling and setting appointments, arranging business travel, and preparing documents and meeting rooms. You will also be responsible for drafting letters and other documents such as PowerPoint presentations, as well as reminding the executive of important tasks and appointments. Additionally, you are expected to assist with various personal needs and perform additional tasks as directed to ensure smooth operations.

You’re a Great Fit if You:

  1. A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience and able to work independently
  3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills
  4. Accustomed to working under pressure, willing to work overtime, and highly disciplined
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office for administrative and communication tasks
  6. Consistent, hardworking, and highly committed to the job

Work Schedule:

Shift

  • Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
  • Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
