We are looking for candidates to provide executive and administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, travel, communications, and confidential information, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up on key tasks.You’re a Great Fit if You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Executive.
- Excellent administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Shift
- Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
- Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
