What You Will Do:
We are looking for a candidate who can work closely with top management to plan meeting schedules and serve as a liaison between executives and employees. You will be responsible for communicating with various parties, including managers, staff, and external partners. In addition, you will assist in organizing business travel and supporting any tasks required by the executive.
You’re a Great Fit if You:
- A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Broad general knowledge and willingness to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to work overtime and proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Schedule:
Shift
- Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
- Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
