We are looking for candidates who are able to Identify and recruit strategic talent, build a succession pipeline, optimize organizational structure and processes, implement leadership development programs, and collaborate across departments to strengthen employer branding and organizational performance.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
  2. 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  3. Fluent in English (min. conversational level)
  4. Detail-oriented and fast in administration/reporting
  5. Flexible, adaptive, and proactive in a dynamic work environment
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
  7. Results-driven and comfortable with tight deadlines

Work Schedule:

Shift

  • Monday: 7.45 - 16.45 WIB
  • Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30 WIB
