What You Will Do:
We are looking for candidate who responsible for producing video content end-to-end, from understanding briefs and developing concepts to filming, directing talent, editing, and finalizing videos. Ensures high-quality visuals, storytelling, audio, basic motion graphics, and delivery in both landscape and portrait formats.You’re a Great Fit if You:
Key Responsibilities
- Understand content briefs and objectives, develop visual concepts, and prepare props, cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Operate mirrorless cameras with a solid understanding of exposure, white balance, frame rates, focal lengths, composition, and camera movements.
- Set up basic lighting and audio equipment, including appropriate light and microphone placement for each scene.
- Direct talent and capture footage that supports storytelling and platform requirements.
- Edit videos from rough cuts to final delivery, including cutting, pacing, sound design, color correction/grading, basic motion graphics, and multi-format exports.
- Manage files, back up footage, organize project files and assets, and ensure landscape and portrait versions are ready for delivery.
Required Skills
- Pre-production planning, storytelling, and communication.
- Camera operation, basic-to-advanced exposure techniques, and composition.
- Basic lighting, audio recording, and on-location setup.
- Talent direction, blocking, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, basic Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.
- File management, data backup, exporting, and encoding.
